Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of cyberphoenixscamdefense.com and any services provided by Cyberphoenix LLC. By using the site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
Cyberphoenix provides scam and fraud defense, advisory, and incident-response services. The specific scope, fees, and deliverables for any engagement are set out in a separate written agreement or statement of work, which prevails over these Terms where they conflict.
No guaranteed outcomes
We provide professional services on a reasonable-efforts basis. We do not guarantee recovery of funds, reversal of transactions, or any specific legal, financial, or investigative outcome. See our Recovery Disclaimer.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and lawful authority for the work you ask us to perform.
- Never share passwords, one-time codes, seed phrases, or private keys with anyone, including us.
- Verify our identity and contact details using this official website before acting on any communication.
Payments and cryptocurrency policy
Fees are payable as set out in your engagement agreement. Cyberphoenix will never demand payment in gift cards and will never pressure you to pay in cryptocurrency.
Where cryptocurrency is accepted, it is only when it is lawful, voluntary, invoiced, traceable, and documented. "Accepting" a documented, invoiced payment is different from "demanding" payment, which we never do. If anyone contacts you demanding crypto or gift cards in our name, it is not us.
Remote support
Any remote support is authorized, consent-based, and initiated only from your logged-in portal, as described on our Remote Support page and Remote Support Consent Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use our content or services to break the law. Website content is provided for general information and is not legal, financial, or professional advice.
Intellectual property
The site and its content are owned by Cyberphoenix LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy or reuse it beyond normal browsing without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Cyberphoenix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our total liability for any engagement is limited as set out in the relevant engagement agreement.
Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws stated in your engagement agreement or, absent one, the jurisdiction in which Cyberphoenix LLC is registered. We may update these Terms and will post the revised version here.
