Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for services provided by Cyberphoenix LLC. Your specific engagement agreement prevails where it differs from this page.
Consultations
Initial fraud assessments and discovery calls are free and carry no obligation. You can reschedule or cancel a booked call at any time before it starts.
Retainers and subscriptions
- Monthly retainers are billed in advance for the coming period.
- You may cancel a retainer as set out in your agreement; unless stated otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Fees already earned for work performed are non-refundable.
Project and incident work
Fixed-scope projects and incident-response engagements are governed by the statement of work. Where work has begun, fees are payable for the time and resources committed up to the point of cancellation.
Requesting a refund
If you believe a refund is due, contact us at support@cyberphoenixscamdefense.com with your invoice reference. We review each request in good faith against the relevant agreement and respond promptly.
No guaranteed outcomes
Fees pay for professional services and effort, not for a specific result. We do not offer refunds on the basis that a fraud, scam, or recovery matter did not reach a particular outcome, because outcomes depend on third parties outside our control.
