// Remote Support
Remote support, only on your terms.
Cyberphoenix provides authorized, consent-based remote support. It is always requested by you, verified by us, and started only from inside your logged-in portal.
Cyberphoenix will never send you a session code or a remote-support link by chat, email, SMS or phone. It appears only inside your logged-in portal.
How it works
You request support
You raise a request and we create a support ticket. Support is never started by us reaching out to you first.
We verify and explain
We verify your request and identity, assign a named technician, and explain the scope of work before anything begins.
You give explicit consent
You review the technician, the scope, and the session details, then consent. Consent is recorded.
You stay in control
The secure join button appears only inside your logged-in portal. You can stop the session at any time.
What Cyberphoenix will never do
Genuine remote support looks nothing like a scam. If any of the following happens, it is not us. Stop, do not proceed, and verify through this official website (cyberphoenixscamdefense.com).
- Cyberphoenix will never send you a session code or remote-support link by chat, email, SMS or phone.
- Cyberphoenix will never cold-call you or create urgency to rush you into granting access.
- Cyberphoenix will never ask for OTPs, banking passwords, seed phrases, recovery words, or private keys.
- Cyberphoenix will never ask for payment in gift cards or demand cryptocurrency.
- Cyberphoenix will never use fake virus alerts, pop-ups, or scareware to prompt a session.
Received a remote-support link claiming to be us?
If you received a session code or remote-access link from someone claiming to be Cyberphoenix and you do not have an open request, do not click it and do not install anything. It is not from us. Verify through your portal or the details on this website, and report it to us.
Full details are set out in our Remote Support Consent Policy and No Cold-Call Policy.
