Remote Support Consent Policy
This policy explains how Cyberphoenix provides remote support, the consent we obtain, and how to tell a genuine session from an impersonation.
Cyberphoenix will never send you a session code or a remote-support link by chat, email, SMS or phone. It appears only inside your logged-in portal.
The core rule
Cyberphoenix will never send you a session code or a remote-support link by chat, email, SMS or phone. It appears only inside your logged-in portal.
Remote support is always requested by you, verified by us, and started only from inside your logged-in portal. We never initiate it by contacting you first.
How a genuine session happens
- You raise a request and we create a support ticket.
- We verify your request and identity, and assign a named technician.
- We explain the technician identity, the purpose, the expected actions, and the limited scope.
- You give explicit consent, which we record with a version, timestamp, and your name.
- The secure join button appears only in your portal. You may stop the session at any time.
What we will never do
- Send you a session code or remote-support link by chat, email, SMS, or phone.
- Cold-call you or use urgency, fear, or scareware to rush you into access.
- Ask for one-time codes, banking passwords, seed phrases, recovery words, or private keys.
- Ask you to install software to "verify", "refund", or "secure" your money.
- Take any high-risk action without a separate, explicit confirmation from you.
Your controls during a session
You can end a remote session at any moment. You will see the technician name and role, the ticket, the approved scope, and a session expiry. Sessions are limited to the agreed scope, and sensitive actions require an additional prompt.
Mobile devices
On phones and tablets, remote support is screen-view-only by default, so a technician can see what you see and guide you. We do not take control of a mobile device except in narrow, senior-approved cases with a separate, explicit consent step. We will never present an add-on or accessibility-permission path to anyone reporting an active or recent scam.
If you receive an unexpected link
If you receive a session code or remote-access link claiming to be Cyberphoenix and you have no open request, it is not us. Do not click it, do not install anything, and report it to us. Verify everything through this official website (cyberphoenixscamdefense.com).
